Using your intuition, we discover the medicinal, magical, and spiritual qualities of the herbs and the ways we can incorporate them into our everyday lives.

This workshop focuses on the element of Fire! We look at different herbs to stoke the inner fires of our fertility, passions and creative pursuits. Fire is the element of fullness and life, and it is closely associated with the Sun. Fire is associated with strength, activity, blood, and life-force. It is also seen as highly purifying and protective, consuming impurities and driving back the darkness.

- Guidance from a qualified Naturopathic Herbalist

- Journey with your senses as we delve deeper into 6 different herbs (each workshop features a different set of herbs)

- Make and take your very own herbal tea blend using the finest organic and wildcrafted herbs, barks, roots and florals

- Light refreshments- gluten free/ dairy free/ vegan delights and bottomless herbal teas
