Shipping

All shipping is capped at $9.95 for packaged up to 5kg via AusPost. Postage within Australia is via regular post, which has a tracking number available on request. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

For international shipping,  prices vary depending on your region. Some countries do not allow plant material through customs so please choose your products carefuly. Biophilia Apothecary takes no responsibility for items seized at customs.

Samantha Barker and Biophilia Apothecary will not take responsibility for delays in delivery. We use AusPost standard postage and at times, delays may happen. Please keep this in mind when ordering during the holiday periods.

Damages 

We take care in packing your items to prevent damage and breakages. Please contact AusPost first in regards to parcel damage. Faulty products (not due to parcel damage) will be dealt with by Samantha Barker and Biophilia Apothecary. Please contact us immediately with faulty items. These items need to be sent back within 7 days of receiving them. Post at buyers expense.

Refunds

There are no refunds available for change of mind, please take this into consideration when buying an item. Refunds will only be granted if the item is faulty and must be returned within 7 days of receiving it. Please contact Samantha Barker and Biophilia Apothecary immediately with faulty products.
